Christmas at SPARC!

As usual we had quite a lot going on at Christmas so here’s a quick resume in photos:

We entered a tree into the Christmas Tree festival at St George’s Church. It was decorated entirely in stitched items – sewing, knitting and crochet – and was titled Christmas All Stitched Up!

Growing Together Project – some Christmas glitter came to the shed at Plot 50, Whitehill Allotments as the annual ‘mince pies and artichokes’ day took place on 19the December. The artichokes had actually been dug up the week before due to the forecast bad weather, but a number of Growing Together project members came along to sample the treats and have a celebratory ginger beer!
